C. Steven Wolff, DDS
After graduating from the UMKC School of Dentistry in 1977, Dr. Wolff went on to practice privately, owning and operating seven different dental practices in the Kansas City area. As an industry expert, Dr. Wolff decided to move into the field of practice transitions, where he could help new and retiring dentists to reach their career goals. He works closely with sellers to determine fair market value for their practices by conducting careful research of their hard assets, patient statistics and financial records. Dr. Wolff understands that every practice has something special to offer, which is why he works so hard to understand and portray what sets your dental practice apart from the rest.
Dr. Wolff believes in the value of continuing education, which is why he maintains a solid understanding of the active market. By working closely with local dental schools, Dr. Wolff has become an invaluable asset for young buyers entering the field. Dr. Wolff is also a sought-after industry professional, contributing to publications such as the Dental Economics magazine and the Midwestern Dentist. Dr. Wolff is a contributing author to Dental Practice Transition, A Practical Guide to Management–the textbook currently in use at the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry.
After receiving her Associate degree in Business Administration from Longview College, Debbie went on to Residential Appraising School, where she learned the art of making a deal. Debbie currently holds active real estate licenses in Missouri and Kansas, which helps her to offer valuable market insights to any dental professional considering buying or selling a dental practice.
As a co-owner of ADS MidAmerica, Debbie handles everything from the day-to-day operations in the office to helping clients with the documentation needed for evaluation and appraisals. Her eight years of experience in the dental practice transition field are invaluable to ADS MidAmerica and our clients.
Brad Babcock, DDS
One of the things that sets apart ADS MidAmerica from our competitors is the fact that our business is run by real dentists who understand the complex factors involved in a dental practice transition. Dr. Brad Babcock has enjoyed a career in dentistry that has spanned more than 36 years. After receiving his dental degree from the University of Nebraska School of Dentistry, Dr. Babcock moved home to Gillette, Wyoming to open his first office. He practiced there for 15 years before moving to Lee’s Summit, Missouri, where he worked in the area’s largest group dental practice, the Independence Dental Center.
Dr. Babcock and his wife Julie have three daughters and two outstanding grandkids, and are very active in their church. Dr. Babcock has served on his church's elder board for a number of years, because he believes in helping other people each and every day. When he isn’t busy working or volunteering, Dr. Babcock enjoys fishing and spending time with family.
